Physicians and Physicians' Organizations

Our firm represents physicians in their general business dealings, as well as their dealings with and among other physicians, including establishment of business organizations and business relationships. We engage in the analysis of physician practices and business ventures to ensure their compliance with Stark and anti-kickback/self-referral laws. We negotiate and document employment agreements among physicians, between physicians and physician organizations and independent contracting relationships between physicians and hospitals, physicians and physician organizations, among others. We engage in dispute resolution between and among physicians, as well as between physicians and their organizations, including mediation and litigation. We also assist in the unwinding of business relationships between and among physicians, as well as between physicians and their organizations.
