Long-Term Care

We assist in the evaluation of the complexities of strategic planning and expansion, Medicaid and Medicare reimbursement, licensing and certification, governmental investigations, and state and federal regulatory issues, when helping clients manage their long term care enterprises. In addition, we assist long term care providers with acquisitions, financing, disposition and joint venture and management relationships.

Since our clients range in size, including both entrepreneurial nursing home and assisted living facility operations to large entities, we see the full spectrum of issues facing long term care providers, and that prepares us for all circumstances you may face.

We also engage in complex financing issues, including re-finance of long term care operations and workouts of troubled loans.
